Poetry II

Barrack Obama is the change for ‘09

Barrack Obama is the change for a new time.

44th President of the United States The

44th president took Bush’s place.

Barrack Obama is a new man.  Barrack

Obama has a new plan.

44 years, 44 tears, many cheers.

Tough roads lead me to the top.

Tough roads don’t take my spot.

White beach hot sun

Water gushing, I run

Down the path to my love of the doves

Sent from above.

     7th Grade

Seventh grade goofy me

Arguing, fighting, and gossiping

We talk, we talk about each other

We get nowhere, we try to get along

But…,What happens NOTHING

Besides the extra DRAMA

Girls, girls, girls and the drama

Do they get it or should I say

Did I get it

I hated that year, but I loved it too!!!!

The boys on the other hand

We played a lot with, I don’t know if that was good, but

 We had fun!!!

No matter what I’ll never

Forget seventh grade, that’s when

I was immature and always had something to say.

I am swift and silent

Iam a repelling magnet

I am boom, the sound of an explosion

I am cloverfield over the skies

I am death itself

I am destruction

 I am a neverending nightmare.

Little Girl

This little girl is so sweet, so nice.

But one day she walked alone to her home.

A car drove by with guns poking out.

She didn’tknow until she came up closer,

but ran as fast as she could anyway,

but got shot by a stray bullet because

she was just walking home.

She was only 9 years old.

I hope she gets remembered by this poem.

Surprise

You’re by yourself you don’t know

Where you’re at.

And all you heard was a little

Tap.

You can’t see nothing, but black

People can see you by you

See black

You’re trying and trying to find your way out.

You think and stop and

Open your eyes

Stop that is the real surprise

Hair

Hair does not listen

it gets in my face and food

bring me the scissors!
